Creativity requires a free mind. If we have any expectation of the outcome of our creative process, it will lessen its quality and block our creativity. What we produce will then be derivative and not new.
We have no influence over the quality of a particular drawing. No amount of thinking or mental effort will make it better than our current level.
We already know exactly what we want to create. It is usually what is the most intimate thing inside of us and what we want to hide and protect from the world. This is what is creating resistance and is preventing us from expressing ourselves.
The more your world evoke physical sensations and looks grounded and natural, the more your audience will feel an intuitive connection to it.
